The meeting of the Board of Directors of Ibn Sina Pharmacy Company was held under the chairmanship of the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Economy Alhaji Qari Din Muhammad Hanif, by the participating of Mutiullah Sahibzada, Deputy Minister of the National Food and Drug Administration Maulvi Qudratullah Jamal, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Miraj Muhammad Kofail, Deputy Director of Revenue and Customs of the Ministry of Finance, Dr Mirwais Ahmadi General Director of Planning and Policy of the Ministry of Public Health, Dr Khalid, CEO of Ibn Sina governmental Pharmacy Company, Azizullah Bahrami production commander of Ibn Sina governmental Pharmacy Company, Abdul Hadi General Financial Manager and Ahmed Bilal Burhan General Manager Planning of Ibn Sina governmental Pharmacy Company And the following was approved:
1-    The balance sheet of Ibn Sina Pharmacy State Company for 1398 and 1399, which was audited and reviewed by Istaeha Company, is approved in principle, taking into account the written recommendations and the agreement of the Supreme Audit Institution.
2-    The property demanded by the National Food and Drug Administration of Afghanistan, including the property that was already in the possession of the said agency, should be given to this agency through a contract under the sole source method.
3-    3- The representatives of the Ministries of Finance, Economy, and Public Health and the officials of the company will have a meeting about the proposal of Khorasan Al-Muqdas Private Company and will present the results of their meeting at the next meeting of the administrative delegation so that the necessary decision can be taken.
4-    4- Considering the clarification in this meeting, the purchase of the bottle-making machine which was previously approved in the meeting of the board of directors has been approved again, Ibn Sina Pharmacy Governmental Company can according to the principles of Buy from their development capital.
